mcp outages

Shows which tools sit behind an endpoint your uptime checks see failing, each with its state, down or degraded, the reason and since when. It also says how many tools have a check at all, and whether Warn agents about outages is on. If every check on your API's address is down, it says the whole API is. See outage warnings.

octri mcp outages [--fail]

Flags

--failboolean

Exits with an error while any tool is down or degraded, and while the monitor can't be reached, since an unknown state isn't a pass. A project without monitoring has no checks, so it passes.
